Built and ran a multi-site EV charging deployment program across Canadian condominium and mixed-use properties. Managed unit-owner engagement, electrical assessments, group pricing structures, and full installation coordination across simultaneous sites.
Led sales and deployment of over 500 lighting and controls installations across commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential buildings from coast to coast. Worked regularly with utility rebate programs including Save on Energy and provincial DSM incentives to reduce net project costs for clients.
Go-to-market strategy and channel development for commercial energy systems across Canada. Built partner relationships, mapped the regulatory pathway through utility DSM programs, and structured commercial terms for multi-building deployment.

Developed the channel relationships, commercial terms, and deployment frameworks that allowed the business to scale across multiple sites simultaneously.
